This next story occurred within an hour after hearing the “Sales Figure” story of Gary Cuzner related earlier. I was at a place, which I found in the yellow pages months earlier, called Alvan Truck Bodies of Mississauga. I was talking with owner Dave Frasson about the repair of the back-end of my motor home. Dave had been a tremendous help throughout the motor-home project.
I had met Dave a week earlier at my son’s baseball practice. I discovered that his son is on the same team as my son. After talking a while there we realized that he also knew my ex-wife and my children and also had also attended a party at my ex-wife’s home. It turned out I was at the same party as him but we never crossed paths. Needless to say I found this all very strange. I was really blown away when just as I was leaving his office I looked down at the phone jack attached to the wall and realized that his main phone line number was (905) 448-_ _ _ _.
