Ticket stub with 448

An interesting event occurred on Dec. 4th after picking up tickets for a concert in Toronto on Dec. 5th featuring one of my favorite bands called the Mad Caddies.

I purchased 4 tickets from a CD Shop called Rotate This in Toronto for myself and three friends. I put the 3 tickets for my friends in an envelope to be picked up later that day from my Mailbox, as I was not able to meet them prior to the concert. I only realized later that the ticket I had kept for myself to my surprise had the code number CN44828.

The other three tickets were as follows CN37660, CN59164 and CN51996.

Was it just chance, luck or coincidence that I had kept this ticket?

My concert friends I remember were quite impressed as they were all very well aware of my strange relationship to the number 448
