My First 448 Year at Motovan
Motovan, my current employer had bought Tucker Rocky on Jan. 2, 2001. I signed a contract with them shortly thereafter and with a significant amount of uncertainty proceeded to make the best of the situation and went back to my job of selling.
The year turned out surprisingly well and my sales were high enough to put me in the second position by year-end out of a group of salesmen. With one week to go before the Dec. 31st closing my ex-manager Gary Cuzner now involved in Motovan’s purchasing dept, called me to note that my sales numbers were very close to ending at a figure that would blow every ones mind. Well guess what, it happened and I have the actual documents to prove it!! Total 2001 sales $4,448,431.120 $600 worth of activity in either direction and the 448 would not show!
